Houhora Tavern offers safe and secure camp sites with power & water, hot showers and toilet blocks available. All sites have sea and country views. Enjoy the landscaped gardens and open space, pets are welcome with responsible owners. People who wish to catch their own fish meal are welcome to bring your own net and flounder spear. Meals are available to people who wish to dine out.

We do provide accommodation to those who don't mind (sharing and using outside shower & toilets ) owing to renovations at this time. There are 3x bed's per room. Fishing groups and contract workers are welcome. ( Meals and packed lunches are available by arrangement) Comfortable beds, linen and towels are provided. Reasonable rates.
If you are after serious fishing, charter "Seaducer" a 7.4 Metre Lazercraft, fitted with 2 x 150HP x 4 stroke Yamaha outboards, owned and skippered by "Floody". Targeting Marlin, Snapper, Hapuka, Tuna and Kingfish.
